Here’s a video of a personal training session I had at my gym in San Diego with Theo Simon. Theo happens to be one of the most advanced students I have had in my career as a personal trainer. Since day one, he has been a completely open channel for new information, and the results have been absolutely spectacular. Although, he’s very advanced in his functional training, there are still areas we need to work on that need fine tuning. With that said, it’s guys like Theo that keep me on my game to make sure I keep evolving and improving efficiency throughout the body. Great work Theo!!!
