Happy New Year!
2012 was easily the best year of my professional career. After 2012, I’ve walked away with learning the application of activating the necessary musculature for effective structural integration. In layman’s terms: I learned what genuinely good posture actually is.
To ring in the new year, I decided to put up some functional core training with a barbell. As of late it has been my tool of choice for my own personal workouts and they have been challenging me significantly.
The movements covered in this core training circuit are all oriented around activation the Anterior Oblique System and Posterior Oblique Systems. Those systems are responsible for the development of effective rotational strength found in the transverse plane of motion.
Enjoy!

Hi Naudi
As always execellent training methodology and exercise concepts that I am applying to my personal training routine. Thank you for your friendly and helpful approach!
I appreciate the core training method using the barbell. Have you ever considered using the Renegade?
http://www.drivenfitness.ca/store/product/purmotion-renegade-pro this simple device opens up a whole new world of training variety with the barbell. It keeps one end of the barbell rooted to the ground when inserted into a barbell heavy plate on the floor – but where it becomes exceptional is the rotational function which provides the flexibility and variety of movements, enabling you to pivot and twist.
I highly recommend this simply training device, and I’m sure you’ll find it opens up a whole new world of training techniques that you can share with us.
Thank you always and I feel energized by your training!
