    Hi i practice your workouts but what kind of shoes should i wear that are non grip that can accommodate these movements?

      Hey Johnathon,

      Thanks for your message and interest in Functional Patterns.

      Where possible we suggest no shoes. If you have to wear shoes then we would prefer to use shoes that have a minimal sole as zero drop, so the thickness is the same throughout.
