Are your breathing exercises only doing you good? Are there detrimental effects of the continued practice of breathing. I would argue yes. Our ribs, like the rest of the body, morph to the stimuli around us. No one really responds perfectly, so the more you breathe the more dysfunctions you may be wiring into your biomechanics.
