Dynamic Stretching Routine

Happy Monday everyone!!!

Here is a dynamic stretching routine you can implement before your functional training workouts.

Although dynamic stretching is sub-optimal for functionality in isolation, it is quite effective if it is used in integration with other types of stretching. If we use Myofascial Release to assist us in our flexibility before doing the exercises on this video, it is likely you will get much more benefit of out of this dynamic routine.

    Hi Naudi,

    I heard you on the Cognitive Rampage, and realize you are not a fan of Yoga. What do think in general of Pilates? Especially for a man in his late 50s?

    Also, any tips for healing a really sore/inflamed bicep tendon?
