Fixing a Forward Head and Kyphosis

As promised, here is another game changing technique to help you guys fix your forward head posture. Since heaps of mistakes can be made doing our techniques, mainly because there is not an FP practitioner working with you, be sure to stay on your MFR before approaching this technique.     Thanks for this, my head is forward, and now that I’m 59, my neck looks awful. I’m hoping that the postural improvement will help.

    I have gone to 70 visits of physical therapy since February of this year! I am exhausted with everything I have gone through! I am very active and keep pushing through on a daily basis with hope that eventually my pain will disappear! I workout twice a day! I have researched functional pattern exercises and I follow many functional pattern practitioners on Instagram! I am extremely interested in how these exercises are performed and I can see how they help the body! I have learned so much since February and it’s been one heck of a journey! My issue is I have pain in low back around my sacrum. My glute med feels tight, pain in my upper back as well, and now my pubic bone! I never felt much pain, especially in my low back until I went to the wrong chiropractor and ever since then i have suffered from all this! It’s gotten better but it’s definitely not 100% yet! Any advice would be great!

    Looks fantastic, but I have a latex alley and can’t use resistance bands. How could I modify this exercise to work around this?

      Hey Gideon

      I understand that you can get Latex free resistance bands. Have a look online to see. Alternatively you could clip a fabric strap to a latex resistance band and have that part be in contact with your skin.
