Want to learn the Functional Patterns Training methodology and become certified?

Here is your chance to learn the most cutting edge functional training techniques from the creator himself, Holistic Movement Practitioner, Naudi Aguilar. This program with Naudi Aguilar will cover the entire program that has taken him 40,000 hours of obsessive pursuit to develop! Naudi Aguilar strives on giving out precise, cutting edge information so that you will leave with a clear sense of how you and your body communicate with each other, allowing you to build a body of knowledge that gives you the capability of applying that cutting edge knowledge it into reality.

Naudi’s philosophy is that one must practice what they preach before handing out any advice on fitness. This means Naudi himself will put his attention to correcting your individual imbalances, and mold you into a fully optimized human being from the inside out. Although this is not a comfortable process, it surely is the base to all success as a human on this planet. In this program, Naudi will utilize unique teaching techniques enabling you to learn the thought process that has gotten him to this point in his career. Learning to think is at the foundation of the Functional Patterns system, so the thought process of how to solve physical problems must be instilled along with the substantial base of knowledge presented. A carpenter without the understanding of how to use his tools will not build anything worthwhile. The Functional Patterns philosophy is about explaining everything down to the finest detail to ensure that the execution is right when real time problems arise with yourself and your clients.

NOTE:
THIS CERTIFICATION PROGRAM IS NOT A WEEKEND SEMINAR THAT WILL GIVE YOU A CERTIFICATION BECAUSE YOU PARTICIPATED. FUNCTIONAL PATTERNS STRIVES TO RAISE THE BAR FOR THE REST OF THE HEALTH AND FITNESS INDUSTRY AND THIS CANNOT BE DONE IN THE SAME CONTEXT OF HOW OTHER PROGRAMS ARE RUN. THIS IS NOT A METHODOLOGY THAT CUTS CORNERS WHEN PRACTICING TO SOLVE HUMAN DYSFUNCTION, SO THE PRACTITIONERS INVOLVED WILL BE CERTIFIED WITH THE SAME INTENTION.

Since the Functional Patterns methodology is so precise and detail oriented, the program will be 7 weeks in length.
In this program you will get 1 on 1 individual attention with Naudi 5X per week to ensure that everything is wired into its most basic point.  Naudi will cover the exact limitations keeping your body from attaining functionality, as well as cover the elements to run a successful business in the field of health and fitness. In this program you will get 5 hours of time shadowing Naudi as he applies the system on himself, his athletes and clients. This will show you the theory put to practice and it will give you the understanding of how the system can be applied to all aspects of life. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and it is quite likely that Naudi will not be available to do this in the coming years. Be sure to make the time and seize this opportunity because it will not likely be around in the future.

      Hi Pedro,

At the moment, I am very busy preparing many fighters to get ready for their fights in the coming fall. I also have people flying in to stay with me from out of the country for the next few months and can’t go anywhere in the next couple months. I will be having a manager setting things up for me to fly out to europe hopefully in the next 6 months to a year. If you would like him to get in contact with you, please let me know and I will put you in contact with him. Thank you very much for the positivity brother!

    Hi,

I am an extreme sport enthusiast in NY. I became a fitness instructor (Zumba and group body sculpting currently) last year, and I always add an unorthodox element to my classes because I think outside the box. Well that thinking brought me to your youtube page and I concur with you whole heartedly! From my experience with rolfing, body mechanics, reiki, and myofascial self massage, I want to bring these aspects of mindful body work into my classes. Your videos have helped me a great deal, and though I don’t see myself being able to support myself financially as an instructor right now, the physical demands of my hobbies (freestyle jetskiing, motocross, skydiving, downhill racing, and street bike riding) certainly require mindful observation of body mechanics to be my best.

If you ever bring your seminars to NY (Long Island or the city) I’M THERE! Thank you for your dedication and thorough work.

    Hi Naudi,

I am a massage therapist in Utah and although I have known for years the importance of muscle repatterning, it is only in the past year that I have focused on building muscle and strength myself and it has definitely changed the way I look at fitness and the importance of athleticism. I would like to change the focus of my practice and have my clients become much, much more active in their therapy. I love your site and the fact that you are so focused on balance and realignment with the athletic training. It looks like there are a lot of people interested in your seminars and internship. Would you consider creating a web based seminar or course? I think that the more practitioners you can get out there taking a balanced, functional approach, the better. Also, will you make a recommendation on where to start with my studies to get more in depth with repatterning and athletic training.

    Thank you

I just purchased your breathing mp4 in your Foundations series. THANK YOU! I see you now offer internships! Excellent! You are so full of information that I can stand behind. You have obviously based your methods on TONS of research and applications in the field. Your instructions make sense, and are not limited to what I’ve come to expect from average trainers. It is a method that us as human beings are in DIRE need of whether we are athletes or not, and far too few fitness professionals apply even a portion of the techniques you show, much less do they show interest in re-defining fitness and health from a foundational standpoint like you do. Thank you for the breath of fresh air that you are!

    Ah Man!

Naudi, Is there definately no chance of you repeating this certification in a year or so?
I am 21 years old from London, UK, currently holding a Personal Trainer certificate, and working as a Fitness Instructor. I also study Engineering Product Design at University and I am looking to innovate within the industry in years to come.

I have bought your Human Foundations Videos, and Power of the Posture Books to be able to correct the imbalances in my own body which I have created from being taught wrong for so many years. I set out trying to fix my self so I can help fix other people.

I have sped up my Degenrative Disc Disease and sustained 4 herniated discs in my spine from being taught poor form, not knowing much about nutrition and carelessly hammering away my body in martial arts.

I have undertaken, IDD therapy, accupuncture, massage, you name it. Nothing has given me as much hope as your work has, that one day I will be able to compete and put my potential into practice, this injury has been a blessing in disguise as I would have never slowed down and realise what peopke are doing wrong, I would of never pursuid my career as a teacher essentially. However, I want to lead my example and would love to study under your wing for 7 weeks in the future.

People are totally oblivious down here (trainers more so) when it comes to something as fundamental as making sure the body is aligned when doing conpound moves like squats or lunges, or making sure the core is engaged at all times. People look as me as if I am crazy when I analyze them and almost completely change their form, LOL.

I really hope you reconsider the possibility of doing the course again in the future (fingers crossed) and thank you. 🙂

If I had 5k to spare I would be down, I am wasting my time studying NASM just so I can be certified…. but I use your videos more than the BS I get from the ‘personal training’ books. Hopefully I can pick up a bit more of your knowledge and adapt it better to how I have been training people currently. Congrats on your success, keep that neutral spine fine and divine baby pimp playa.
    Best Regards,
    Jake

Hi, I have been following you on YouTube for a while now and I am so intrigued by your knowledge and skills. I teach classes (Spinning, CrossFit, and HIIT) at a gym and I have incorporated what I have learned from you in them, as well as in my own training. I was curious, is there references you could give where you have picked up a lot of what you know? Also, I was excited when I saw that you now have a certification program, but unfortunately, I live in Michigan. And would not be able to make it out to Ca. Will you be expanding into other states or have a home study course available anytime in the near future? I would love to shadow you and train exclusively the way you do. I love it and everyone I train in is amazed whe they see me doing what you do, at the gym. I think I have really found my niche, and I want to thank you for that. Good luck with everything. Looks like you’re on your way to start something great.

Hi, have you ever worked with children? My daughter has cerebral palsy and it’s only affects her legs, she has worked so hard to learn how to walk, but she still have weakness and knee valgus and foot pronation and she is weak around her pelvis, we have been doing physiotherapy since she was 2. She is now 9 and finally she started walking at age 7. I would give anything for some advise /exercises from you to help build up her body strength even more! You seem to really know what your talking about. Thanks Lisa.
