    Hi Naudi, I am in the process of downloading the “training for humans” documents and videos. How do I apply the training to a group or is it suited to one on one training? Do you provide workout programming encompassing week to month incorporating the “functional patterns” method? I am Crossfit trained and a coach yet I am extremely interested in your training philosophy and method as I am recovering from knee surgery. I have started my own garage gym and more interested in assisting people in connecting with moving better and being happier rather than being in a competitive and heavy lifting environment.
