Boxing workout session with Teri (Video)

There’s nothing that really challenges the proprioception sytem quite like the martial arts. The power, grace, agility, balance and coordination needed to do them has many benefits that apply to everyday living. Martial arts, like boxing and kickboxing, truly embody the origins of Multiplane Ballistic Movements. All planes are hit, all at the same time. It’s hard to decide what I enjoy doing the most as a personal trainer, but the martial arts definitely have to be close to the top.

In this video, I train my client Teri on the focus mitts as part of our personal training regimen. We are a few months in and she is still progressing! Enjoy!
