This full length instructional video, “How to Correct Knee Imbalance,” covers the elements of what you need to know to have a healthy, fully functioning knee joint.
Knee problems can be complex, so it is important to be detail oriented when treating the muscular imbalances associated with the knee imbalance.
Most knee dysfunctions are directly rooted to poor neuromuscular connections. Those poor connections bring about improper weight distribution that will inevitably lead to an overcompensation of smaller, vulnerable tissues.
It is a failure to address these issues that will, often times, lead to future pain or injury. In this video, Naudi Aguilar takes you through what is needed to address imbalances at their root, so that you can have healthy, fully functional knee joint for an entire lifetime.
By implementing these techniques we can focus on preventing any future injuries.

I am a big fan of your material. As a chiropractic physician many of the concepts and exercises are easily applicable. Your science of movement is spot-on. I see hints of Gary Gray PT in your ideas on philosophies, but I like the way you tie in fitness. Keep up the great work. Any workshops for professionals coming up?
i have a workshop on the 14th of this month coming up. there is no real prerequisites for it, but the people who have already signed up are health professionals
I have purchased both the hip and knee imbalance videos. I am curious as how to synthesize the two together. I start with the hip and have repeated it as described in the video, but should I incorporate the knee imbalance exercises into it or follow up with them?
