This video, “How To Correct Shoulder/Rotator Cuff Imbalance,” covers my entire systematic approach towards correcting shoulder/rotatorcuff imbalance.
Our cultural environment is one of major extremity that brings the human body into dysfunction, so it is crucial to implement strategic techniques that are extreme enough to help compensate for this phenomenon.
Out of everything I have read in books and learned from practitioners on many different playing fields, I am still yet to find anyone with the proper techniques who can realistically compensate for our imbalanced environment. Most importantly, teach someone how to fix these problems on their own without feeling dependent on a specialist to continually fix them.
With this video, along with my other “Human Foundations” videos, I have made it a point to be extreme enough to compensate for the damage we do to our bodies on a daily basis. The best part? You can do it on your own. All you have to do is learn and practice.

Naudi, what is the tool you’re using on this demo video? Something which looks like a bent metal tube? You started to explain it and then video came to its end.
Hi Naudi,
Your videos are amazing. I’m doing my masters in physical therapy and I’m also seeing a physical therapist for different problems ane your videos are helping alot. The info you give sometimes makes more sens than what I’m learning at school or with my physical therapist. So I’m thanking you a lot for all this. Do you mind if I ask you where you get all those info? Do you have any books that you can recommand me?
Thanks again,
Simon
Hi Naudi, I have bought your Video and it is really great.
I just wonder about a detail you did not clearly mention, that is : do I have to do the MFR always directly before the corrective exercises? Or should I do for example one month MFR following one month with corrective exercises. The exact order of both techniques was not clear to me.
It would be great if you could help me with this.
Thank you
Elias
If it’s rotator cuff issues, I would do the mfr by itself for atleast a month without doing corrective exercise. Since so many people tend to have several layers of fascia getting in the way of correct muscular mechanical use, its sometimes best to avoid corrective exercise initially. after the month, i would follow the video step by step from the MFR to the corrective exercises
Hi Naudi, I followed it step by step and it worked fine for me.
I wondered if there are stretches necessary before or after the workout to get more out of it?
Regards
Elias
Hey Naudi
I am a personal trainer I am correct to assume that this video is addressing Upper Cross syndrome?
Cheers
tom
From my personal research and continual experimentation, I have found that upper cross and lower cross are deeply intertwined with one another. This will assist with upper cross syndrome to a limited degree. If you want to address it permanently, I would strongly recommend checking out the bundle package I sell, as it contains all the content necessary to address upper cross and lower cross syndrome. Good luck!!!
