Rotator Cuff Exercises - Teres Minor Myofascial Release

Rotator Cuff Exercises - Teres Minor Myofascial Release

The Teres Minor is a muscle I find to be very problematic once a person's posture is starting to improve. Since it is such a small muscle, flaring it up doesn't take much. It's usually when a person can't externally rotate their shoulder properly that these pains begin to arise in this area. It's important to understand that this muscle usually does go into spasm mainly because it has to compensate for powerful, overdeveloped tissues on the anterior end of the shoulder. Be sure to do all the other release points I have covered in videos past with the lacrosse ball, then implement this technique.
