This is a question I am never asked but should be asked. For some reason weightlifters think that if we aren’t into heavy lifting in the way they do it, that we don’t like it at all. This is simply not true. Here’s a video where I elaborate on this topic.

    Naudi’s one rep maxes are far more difficult both mentally and physically than any other weightlift I’ve ever done. The difference is you feel like you can move with more ease afterword and more grounded. You’ll have to experience it for yourself……..Thanks for all your help.
