      For the cable machine or resistance band (Some participants have successfully replaced the cable machine with a resistance band) this will come in to play around week 8.

    Hi FP team I have recently purchased the power of posture book however am really interested in the fascia and and all the other books Naudi recommends in regards to feet and anatomy trains ect. I cannot seem to find where to purchase those books here or are they somewhere different?
    Also I’m in Australia so I really want to do the 10 week foundations coarse as
    Well so I would love to touch base in regards to purchasing the books and the foundation coarse…

    Really interested in this, I have a lot of soreness, lower back/hip, knee, shoulder/rotator cuff pain caused from years of trying to throw heavy weights about. Now I’m nearly 40, thinking it’s time to train a bit smarter with the emphasis on function. I have access to a gym so equipment shouldn’t be a problem. If I download this program, do I have to back it up on another device, or can I, like the Athlean x program just log on when I go to the gym and not have to worry about breaking or losing my phone?

      Lacrosse Ball
      Soft Exercise Ball
      PVC Pipe
      Resistance Band w/ Handles
      Varied Resistance Bands
      Weighted Pulley Machine

      The weighted pulley can be replaced with resistance bands with handles, these can found easily with a search engine search.

      A lot of the tools can be replaced with other items, feel free to be resourceful and creative.

    What would you recommend to get first, my 16 yrold daughter has Scoliosis “the 10 week program” or “the power of posture”
    I’ve seen very good pictures of ppl using what you recommend. Those are amazing results.
