Happy Monday everybody!

For this Thanksgiving week I put up a video to burn off that excessive amount of fuel in the belly. The kettlebell movements in the video are of the advanced variety if you have not learned effective transverse plane function yet. It is highly recommended you learn the fundamentals of a neutral spine before attempting these movements. If you have been working on your Myofascial Release, Corrective Exercises and your static stretching programs intelligently, these two kettlebell exercises will act as a good strength of movement builder.

    Hey Naudi. I notice my staggered leg has a tendency to bow out (foot rotates out knee follow over top) when I make it more dynamic and start to walk. Any suggestions on fixing this problem?
