Advanced Kettlebell Training Exercises

Good morning! Here is my latest functional training workout using the Kettlebell.

The kettlebell has definitely been one of my go to workout tools for my functional training regimens, because of it’s versatility and demand of rhythmic coordination.

Rhythmic functional movement is what will determine how successful a human will operate physically on this planet. For the development of rhythm and time, the kettlebell is one of the best pieces of equipment in my training arsenal. I will remind that these exercises are of the very advanced variety, so be sure to get yourself on a good structural integration regimen before trying any of them. Enjoy!!!
