Some prerequisites for this exercise:

– Overhead mobility
– Intrinsic core stability
– Mobility into knee flexion
– Hip mobility in flexion and extension

It is recommended you work on these problems through myofascial release and corrective exercise before attempting this technique with the kettlebell. If you got the foundations set, have fun as this is a very demanding exercise.
