It has been an awfully busy last few weeks with several different business matter I have had to attend, so it's been difficult to get on the blogging. However, I did muster up enough creative energy to put something up for you guys :)
This has been part of my experience so far at UFC 160 helping Jeremy Stephens cut down to 145 in his upcoming bout against Estevan Payan. Going on each of these trips can be rough on the body and brain (especially for someone as introverted as myself), but there are some major learning experiences that come from this type of environmental stimulation.
