Bodyweight Circuit Training Routine

Happy Monday!!!

For this week’s exercise video tutorial I have decided to put up an advanced bodyweight circuit training exercise routine.

Each of these movements will surely get the core muscles to work along with pretty much all the other muscles on the body. For anyone who is not at an advanced level, this exercise routine should not be done as it can definitely be damaging to the joints. However, if you are at a high level and your body is functionally sound, this routine will surely kick you butt!

Like any intelligent program, a system of progression has to be set up before getting to more advanced exercises. My Human Foundations video series is a great option for developing the necessary muscular adaptability that will enable you to achieve movements like the ones shown in the video below. There is a foundation to the system I promote and it is crucial to have a mastery of that foundation before attempting any neurologically demanding exercises.
