Here is a an advanced Bosu Ball routine to get your week going on the right track.

This is catered to the higher level fitness enthusiast and should only be done if your intrinsic core stabilization system is not firing on all cylinders.

These exercises are definitely rewarding for the body proprioceptively, however if the necessary protocols of Corrective Exercise, Myofascial Release and Static Stretching are not implemented, it’s possible we could wire in more dysfunctional patterns.
