For this weeks video tutorial, I decided to mesh a Kettlebell in conjunction to my Keiser cable machine. These are two of my favorite exercise tools individually, but when you combine them into one exercise, things get very neurologically stimulating. The pulleys offer the transverse load all the while the kettlebell gives you the ballistic environment to boot! I will remind like I always do in all my other blogposts: IF YOU ARE NOT ENGAGING YOUR INTRINSIC MUSCLE STABILIZERS BEFORE DOING THESE TYPES OF WORKOUTS, DO NOT DO THESE WORKOUTS! It is crucial that you get to the underlying dysfunctions that could be effecting your ability to stabilize innately.
