Core Training and boxing workout with Kerry Vera

In this workout session I run MMA fighter Kerry Vera through an intrinsic core routine follow by some boxing training on the focus mitts. This routine was entirely customized to work around a lingering injury that has plagued Kerry for the last 3 years. Since implementing the techniques to integrate her core, her pain has faded and she is now able to pursue her career as an mma fighter once again. She is one of the best students I have had to date! Great work Kerry!!
