Core Workout Tutorial – Exercising the Obliques with a Pulley

Here is a core workout that all humans on this planet should give a shot. Exercising the transverse plane has a great deal of carryover into real life. Whether it’s throwing, running, punching, etc., rotation is found on a regular basis with human biomechanics. In this video we cover how to train the obliques in a functional manner.
