Here is video of me helping Juan Ramos’s structural alignment utilizing a correct exercise with my Kaiser functional trainer.

This piece of equipment was my favorite from the day I got it and I am continuing to discover new systems corrective exercise that I can use with it.  In this video the corrective exercise I am utilizing is a standing bridge, couple with some frontal plane resistance on the femurs to get a muscular engagement out of the adductors.  By utilizing this corrective postural exercise, we will effectively communicate to the adductors that they will need to have an associated response with the glutes whenever they are in activation.
