A torn Bicep, Subscapularis, Supraspinatus, Labrum, ACL (both of them), as well as many other injuries is what I have to work around with Dean Lister. As a result of so many years of wear and tear being placed upon his body, he has innately learned how to overcompensate movement with many inefficient muscles. Am I up for the task? Hell yes I am!!! Being the technical Jujitsu genius that he is, Dean Lister is definitely getting functional movement programmed in his body very quickly. We have a giant mountain to crawl and I must say I’m looking forward to the journey of hitting that peak!
