For this week’s video tutorial, I cover how to do an advanced movement with the tornado ball. I get questions all the time about this piece of equipment very often and figured I might as well make an in depth video on how to use this piece of equipment. Ofcourse this is not a movement for anyone who’s just started doing multiplane ballistic movements, so it is suggested to regress back into the basics before following through with something as advanced as a tornado ball. This movement encompasses load in every plane of motion when it is done correctly. Beyond that, it’s really fun when you start to get the hang of it.
