Happy Monday everyone!
For this week I decided to put up a bosu ball workout tutorial for the advanced fitness enthusiast. The Bosu continues to be a staple tool in my training arsenal and it’s cementing itself as one of the best products ever put together in the fitness industry. I will however warn, it is a tool primarily used for progression, so be sure to cover all your basic fundamentals of movement before doing this.
