Functional Abdominal Workout with a Barbell

Good morning!!!

Here is a workout video of me showing you how to use a barbell for functional abdominal activation.

Rather than looking at the abdominals as an isolated muscle system, it’s best to put them into an environment where the upper and lower body are included with the abdominals for better functional application to movement in reality.

    Richard, that’s interesting. Is it possible to use those barbell landmines at home, or they must be attached to a floor?
