FUNCTIONAL BARBELL TOTAL BODY AND CORE WORKOUT

Here’s a barbell total body and core workout to throw into your functional training program. The exercises in this video are definitely more advanced so it is recommended you work on your posture as much as possible before progressing into these movements. Any inefficient movement compensations could sprout injuries or tightness later on. Progression through more neuromuscular adaptation is a huge part of the process, but we have to be careful that we don’t progress too soon. If you are prepared and you are very much into your MFR, these movements will improve the dynamic capabilities of your body for several different 3 dimensional functions.
