Functional Core Training – Barbell Landmine Abdominal Blaster
Here’s another advanced exercise you can add to you functional training regimen. This movement will exercise your anterior and posterior oblique slings, challenging you in all 3 planes of motion. Be sure to like it and share it with your friends!

Mr.Aguilar, I have a question, i have kyphosis, therefore weak gluteal and weak low abdominal muscles. Have had recurring low back, and s.i. joint pain since age 9, so bad that I get where I can’t walk or straighten up. The flares are lasting longer and longer., I’m a 46yr old female, an RN working 13+hr nightshifts, I’ve learned from your videos I must have tight hip flexor muscles. How can I loosen them with the ball without getting my pelvis misaligned, causing more s.i. and low back pain? Any ideas for this problem? Your videos are very informative and to the point. Thank you.
I know you say this is not a workout as such but you explained everything except how to train it/apply it. I’m new to all of this and as someone who suffers lower back pain since forever I’m trying to strengthen/develop core/back/legs to overcome. Would you recommend this exercise in a 8-10 reps format or a 45sec/15sec rest format? How would you apply it to test the functionality of your body? Thanks sir.
Hey Naudi,
I came across your videos searching for proper planking technique and found them all extraordinary!!! Do you know if there is somewhere in Toronto Canada that I could go to with your experience and knowledge?
Thank you,

Hi there,
I’ve been struggling with a hamstring injury for over a year now. I’ve seen a physio and he said that I need to strengthen it. It’s got a bit better but I’m still not fit enough to play soccer, please could you give me some advise.
