Have continued on my path towards achieving my full physical potential and have been fortunate enough to think of some new exercise circuits to put together for you guys.
I was doing some work with dumbbells last week and figured I would put it on video and put it out as a full on instructional. If you are a personal trainer, these exercises happen to be very easy to apply into your functional training regimens with your clients. If you’re not a trainer and are just looking to switch up your functional workouts, this will be very enjoyable for you.
