As a 2nd year trainer, but weight lifter my whole life its been a very humbling experience realizing all the mistakes i was making. Over time all the muscles i had locked up and counter lengthened over the decades was eye opening. Your videos have helped me stay on track and the information is mind blowing!!     I regularly refer to your functional training patterns videos to help me to find something ‘different/challenging’ when I write up training programs for clients. The amazing amount of knowledge you have on functional training and ability to explain the ‘hows and whys’ has helped me go from just an average trainer to a trainer that is sought out for training programs that are out of the box, not just push ups and squats!
