Here’s a video of me taking MMA fighter Delvon Garrett through a Functional MMA Training workout. We have been having to work around a torn LCL and PCL for the last few months, but it seems everything is now in order.
One of our major focal points in our training was emphasizing corrective exercise and myofascial release to ensure that we eliminate the internal restrictions that created the tears in the first place. Since these structural issues have been addressed, the knee issue has almost become a complete none issue in our training. Can’t say how pleased I am! Delvon has been busting his ass, showing what being great is all about and we are now able to see the progress because of his efforts. You’re the man Del, great work brother!!!
