FUNCTIONAL PATTERNS – THIS IS REAL FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

FUNCTIONAL PATTERNS – THIS IS REAL FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

This video was possibly the most difficult project I’ve worked on. I hope you guys enjoy it.

I want to thank all the students who came by for this year’s Master course and partook in this montage. I’m looking forward to creating a demographic of people who’s first priority in exercise is health!!!

That was just fantastic. I’ll be busy for the next 3 years working on those. And you even put some music that us old guys can relate to! Thanks for all you have done. I’ll be ordering my soft cover version of the Power of Posture. I have read it, and it is great, but I need an easier way to reference it, than always getting on the computer. If you ever have enough interest to have a course or seminar in the Pittsburgh area, I’ll be the first to sign up. Thanks again

Wow! Tremendous footage editing and music! To say the least Dynamic! Super sequence of exercises that make you want to get up and give them a try. Cheers & continued success! So happy to have discovered your practice & website. Have one more week of physical therapy then have to start slowly, hamstring tears are a bear.

Now that’s what you call thinking outside the box, a joy to watch, extremely creative. Kudos to everyone involved. Viva FP!

Incredible! Everyone makes the moves look smooth and easy–what a joy to watch, seeing such strength in each movement. Congratulations to everyone, and great job of editing, Naudi.

Thanks for yet another amazing video.
I’ve been a PT for 15 years and you’ve changed the way I train people. I’ve been on right track with posterior tilt, scapula activation and driving through the glutes but not in such an aggressive manner as you. I’ve had to throw out my 300 + workouts i’ve created and am starting from scratch. Presently I am up to Level 2 of your Training System and am teaching all my clients.
I’m very excited and want to thank you. In my eyes you are the Yoda of the fitness industry. You have thought outside the box and have created what I think should be the foundation for anyone who wants to move through all planes with a strong posture.
I know you’re coming to Bondi in April (I train people down in Bondi Park on the beach) but unfortunately I cannot afford your course at the moment. Hopefully next time.
    Regards,
    Sam Lightfoot

I’ve asked you a few questions on Facebook but no reply after weeks.
I purchased The Power of Posture and your training guide level 1-4 in videos. I have a few questions and I wish I could ask someone. Where can I find support?

Thank you and I love my new FP training.
