Here’s a video of me showing you an exercise with the RMT Club to help building efficiency in your throwing biomechanics. This exercise will give you the “whip” effect that builds velocity and control. At the same time this exercise will slowly teach you out of using your upper body to generate force. This will help prevent shoulder pains and injuries from popping up in the future.
The RMT (Rotation Movement) Club has perfectly integrated into the Functional Patterns training method. I applaud David Weck for bringing such a versatile and practical tool into a fitness world where gimmicks are sold left and right! Stay tuned as I will have more movements covered with the RMT club in the near future!
