Happy Monday everybody!

For this week’s video tutorial, I decided to put up a workout to help improve functional agility and speed for soccer. Although all the workouts I do apply to all sports (except maybe Crossfit ;), I made this specific circuit for my friend Alessandro in Italy. Alessandro happens to be a coach to a popular soccer team out there and he was wanting to implement Functional Patterns type strength and conditioning into his own training arsenal.
