Functional Training Exercises for Track with Kai

Here is a video of working with one of the interns in my facility in San Diego. Kai has been improving in everything with her body at an exponential pace.

When we first started training, there were some serious imbalances that needed to be addressed, but most of them now seem to be in check. With her being diligent on her Myofascial Release, corrective exercises and stretching, it opened up all the possibilities for her to start really putting her entire body into every movement she does.

There is still much to work on, but I am extremely pleased at the progress we have seen so far. Once again, fantastic work Kai!
