In this video I cover one of the most advanced, yet easy exercises to learn. It’s not necessary to add load to a lift if you can still find a way to progress it. This Plyo-Step Lunge is a great example of that. When I discovered the movement I just went through the motion exploding as hard as I possibly could and intuitively felt where it would feel right to land. Most of my MBM’s were created along this process.
