How to Fix Gorilla Posture With KT Tape

Here is a tutorial showing you how we at Functional Patterns use KT tape. KT tape has become all the craze in the fitness industry today, however the way we use it is a bit different from what is traditionally seen. Like many other tools in the industry, it’s not always about whether the tool is bad or not, but moreso about how the tool is being used.
