For this weeks video we cover how to hit harder via the implementation of thoric spine rotation. This is a function commonly missing in most strength and condition and functional training platforms. It is missing for good reason. It has taken me most of my career to properly institute t-spine rotation considering the complexity of getting someone there in the first place. The exercise in this video is a must not only if you want to really want to get that pop behind your punch, but it applies to biomechanics on several different platforms in this reality! I consider t-spine rotation as maybe the most important pillar of efficiency to unlock kinetic efficiency in the human body.
