Human Foundations Level 1 Course in San Diego, CA

Contact: [email protected]
Instructor: CEO and Founder of Functional Patterns, Naudi Aguilar
Date: November 3rd-7th 2014
Class Time: 9am – 3pm Monday-Friday
Price: $1,000 USD
Prerequisites: A good level understanding of “The Power of Posture” by Naudi Aguilar. Most importantly, a mind ready to learn.

On November 3rd, we will be holding a Human Foundations level 1 course at Functional Patterns Headquarters in San Diego, CA. In this intensive 5 day 30 hour course, you will be learning the foundational building blocks behind human movement efficiency.

With all the latest research indicating that humans are adapting to our cultural environment and sprout deficiencies as a result, addressing these problems has slowly crept up on the industry of health and wellness.

Fortunately at Functional Patterns, this research is nothing new to us and we have been working on this problem and getting dramatic results in the process. The changes are quite rapid too.

At Functional Patterns we care to uphold the highest standard in the industry of health and wellness, that’s why we focus on 1 week courses that are this intensive.

The subject matter of movement deficiency is not a light one, so therefore an aggressive approach focused and very fine details will need to be taken if we expect to see actual progressive change on a human organism.

Richie

Hope to see you guys there!!!

I’m interested in attending, I really believe in your functional teaching. I don’t need a certification but I want to learn more about application. I have a MS in Exercise Science and Rehab Exercises but your methodology is way beyond anything I was taught. What would be the cost? I don’t currently work in the industry (I’m a retired Volleyball Coach) but this would be for my own information. At one time I had a CES, PES, through NASM, but they are currently expired.

Hi! What is the cost of this course? I left a corporate job about a year ago to pursue a career in fitness with a specialty in corrective exercise. It has changed my life, as well as the lives of my clients, and I’m eager to continue learning, enhancing my skills, and really making a difference in people’s lives. Thank you!

Nauru, I notice that you rarely answer comments, or questions asked here. However, being locked in a twisted body stemming from heavy lifting 30, or more years ago, and lost of confidence in almost all other practices that I have spent money trying to heal, I figured why not. How do I seek out help from you? I live near Palm Desert, CA.
