Up above is a video of me taking Joey Beltran through a session to help him improve his running ability. Joey has been a fighter plagued with injuries since his teens and it’s been a very long process in getting his injuries mended so he could improve his abilities in the cage. Since we have been focusing on the injuries and restructuring the body, we are now slowly able to start turning up the dynamic movements. Running is one of the most functional movement patterns you can do in reality, but if you couple running in dysfunction you have a recipe for an assortment of injuries.
Good work Joey!
