Here’s a video of me covering a TRX progression. In this video I cover some intermediate and advanced techniques. As I always mention in most of my blogposts, be sure to address your intrinsic muscular stabilizers before doing any of the techniques I cover. If you do not know what it means to engage your thoracic spine or transverse abdominis, it’s likely you may need to regress yourself from doing all dynamic movements until that is understood. That base of support is needed structurally so that we don’t get synergistic dominance in your musculature that could lead you do the path of being in pain or getting injured. If you have focused on those basic elements, enjoy this routine as you will find it to be very neurologically taxing on your body!
