Jeremy Stephens UFC MMA training week 1

Today was officially the first day of training with Jeremy Stephens. The task? Make the man as graceful as a gazelle, as explosive as dynamite, as durable as a tank, and as strong as an ox, all at the same time. I won’t lie, the man has his physical imbalances and he needs a ton of work to maximize his physical athleticism. That said, he’s already doing pretty well for himself in the UFC, so it will be interesting to see the mayhem he’ll be causing in that ring when those imbalances are a thing of the past. Man this is going to be fun! 🙂

Watching you teach is like watching an artist paint their masterpiece. I’m so pumped right now!

Great cues as far as lower quarter positioning under your base of support during transition phases. Also utilizing the hips to help drive the movement. These are the intricacies to why you look so smooth! Well done.

I have been experimenting with the techniques you showed me briefly while I was in SD. I love the website and please keep posting often. I’ll be in touch soon with some new things we are about to launch that you may have an interest in being a part of.

I want to start MMA but only as a hobby. Are there any age restrictions?
