Jeremy Stephens UFC MMA training week 1

Today was officially the first day of training with Jeremy Stephens. The task? Make the man as graceful as a gazelle, as explosive as dynamite, as durable as a tank, and as strong as an ox, all at the same time. I won’t lie, the man has his physical imbalances and he needs a ton of work to maximize his physical athleticism. That said, he’s already doing pretty well for himself in the UFC, so it will be interesting to see the mayhem he’ll be causing in that ring when those imbalances are a thing of the past. Man this is going to be fun! 🙂
