How would you train an individual performing the throwing motion in the air? i.e. a volleyball attack.

When a volleyball player jumps, they stagger their feet and point their toes roughly 45 degrees from their jumping vector. Then they become airborne and initiate the throwing motion without the support of the ground.

Pretty advanced movement – so I’m curious to know how you would approach such a task.

    Hi Naudi,

Can I work this exercise with the “Club” don´t know if it spells like this. But it is hard to find tornado balls in Mexico, but I´m really interested since I´m a pitcher and feel this tension around my rotator cuff every time I pitch.

    Thanks!!
