Mike Gentile MMA Training Exercises Week 13 (Video)

Another milestone has been reached with Mike Gentile in the last couple of weeks. We have been stressing relaxation (i know an oxymoron) in all of his movements. From day one I noticed that every time the guy moved, a stiffening of his upper body was always there. Problems of this nature usually lead to inefficiency in terms of power, speed and endurance. The more muscles you have contracting on a constant basis, the faster your body gives up. As of today, I can say he’s not wasting too much energy in his movements. It is absolutely inspiring to see this guy progress the way he has. We are slated for a bout in mid august, stay tuned!!!
