Mike Gentile MMA training workout week 14

A Bumble Bee sting put our weekly video blog on hiatus, but we atleast got something put together for you guys. It’s been over 3 months that Mike and I have been doing Personal Training and MMA training. He has been looking very sharp in the last couple weeks and my body and hands have been feeling it. I’m very fortunate to know how to repair my body, otherwise Mike’s progress would be more of a painful one for me. Enjoy!!! 🙂
