Here’s a personal training video in san diego of me helping Mike Gentile in his MMA training regimen. We have been primarily doing work in the structural alignment phase for the last 3 months, and now its time to put the pedal to the metal once again. We have had to battle a severely rounded thoracic, an anterior pelvic tilt, and an asymmetrical weight shift. It’s looking like we’re starting to get these dysfunctions under control and the time for progression is now the next step. Great work Mike!
