MMA Strength and Conditining Training

Here’s the latest functional MMA training workout. It’s been a major process getting the man to unwire the dysfunctions that have brought about an almost exclusive use of the frontal and sagittal plane in his movements.

It’s been a process of repetition to initiate the transverse plane in his striking and in his footwork.

We have been working on inner unit core function over the last couple months and it’s really starting to pay its dividends.

    Hi Naudi,

    I really appreciate your work and think your videos are really fun to watch. I bought two human foundation video of you and also thought they were good. I would like to see some videos focusing on leg strength. You’ve said before that you do not like squats, do you have any exercises that are good for strength and explosiveness for the legs. I am a professional badminton player so leg strength is really important.
