Here’s a video of me putting MMA fighter Reuben Duran through a regimen for strength and condition/athletic efficiency.
I have been focusing much of my attention to the details that orient efficient biomechanics when an athlete is fatigued. I have found it all to common to see the fighters I have worked with begin to get sloppy in their stance when they are sparring under fatigue. In this video I cover some techniques to help prevent that neurological phenomenon from happening. Reuben has been progressing in a very rapid way and I am thoroughly enjoying training the guy.
